• Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate tracking software.
• Create compelling content and promotional materials to attract and retain affiliates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of affiliate campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall brand goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on affiliate program performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
