📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure that they are meeting their targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies that will help us achieve our goals.,Manage the distribution of our products and ensure that they are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.,Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Participate in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all sales and distribution activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the distribution or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and distribution software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
