📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire export-import process, from order placement to delivery.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure the most cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.
• Monitor and track cargo shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyze and optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
