Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes,Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Analyze financial data to support decision-making,Manage accounts payable and receivable,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve company performance,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in financial software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus
