📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and revenue, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
