📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve them.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
