📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and industry best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in culinary arts or relevant industry certifications (preferred).
