📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the oil palm plantation, ensuring efficient and sustainable management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability of the plantation.
  • Manage and supervise a team of plantation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of plantation operations with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in plantation management, with a focus on oil palm.
  • Proven track record of successful operations and leadership in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plantation management practices, including harvesting, planting, and pest control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in plantation management.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
