We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends is advantageous.
