KINETIC Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operational Manager to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and maintaining high standards of performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance against set targets and KPIs.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Provide operational support to the management team, including data analysis and reporting.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
