📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations of the team,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality,Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and report on team performance and operational efficiency,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you will be operating,Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience with fleet management and maintenance,Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
