📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and health (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
