As the HRD Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure that our HR policies and practices align with our business goals. You will also be responsible for managing our employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on Indonesian employment law.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
