📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures.,Provide financial advice and support to department heads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
