📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs and materials.,Identify learning needs and opportunities through data analysis and feedback.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programs align with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
