PT Pertiwi Kencana is seeking a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Bantul. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their career in the HR field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages and orientation materials.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Passion for learning and developing HR skills and knowledge.
