In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
