🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving section performance.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
