📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of section heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the section, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and development.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Representing the section at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing a budget and resources effectively.
