As our Logistics & Transportation Manager, you will oversee daily logistics and transportation activities, including fleet management, route optimization, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and technologies, such as SAP and Truckload Logistics Management System (TLMS), to enhance operational efficiency. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, you will bring a strategic perspective to our operations, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage a fleet of vehicles and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor logistics and transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze and report on logistics and transportation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics and transportation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transportation management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with peers and industry leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using logistics and transportation management software, such as SAP, Truckload Logistics Management System (TLMS), and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including but not limited to, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OH&S.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
