📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process for all positions.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
