Royal Bay Dinamis is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This is a remote position based in Madiun, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure they are carried out on time.,Keep detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.,Participate in safety meetings and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
