CAST Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
