Cold Storage Singapore is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support & Administrative Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is an 8-month contract position offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and sales support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing sales operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the office, including filing, inventory management, and office supplies.,Support the marketing team by assisting with promotional materials, event planning, and social media updates.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.,Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to improve processes and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
