📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to clients in managing and optimizing their Azure Active Directory environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure AD issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Azure AD security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure AD with other cloud services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure AD features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of our clients' projects.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure Active Directory support and administration.
  • Certifications in Azure AD, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Strong understanding of Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2B, and Azure AD B2C.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex Azure AD issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
