📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decisions,Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions,Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends,Provide training and mentorship to junior data analysts and other team members,Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of data analysis projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and Excel,Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar,Experience with programming languages such as Python or R,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with big data technologies and tools is a plus
