In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our automotive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issues in the manufacturing process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.,Train and mentor junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest quality engineering trends and best practices.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement projects.,Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, ASQ, and other relevant certifications.,Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
