📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical resources,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is user-friendly,Provide technical support to customers through documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with API documentation is a plus
