📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of inventory.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor warehouse space and equipment usage, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
