📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate community meetings and workshops to gather input and develop strategies for urban development projects.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
• Use GIS software and project management tools to plan and track project activities.
• Engage with local communities to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster participation and ownership.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations to document project activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban development, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GIS software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local regulations and policies related to urban development.
• Certification in community engagement or urban planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
