📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including visual acuity, refractive error assessments, and eye disease screening.
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Prescribe and monitor eyewear prescriptions, including glasses and contact lenses.
• Collaborate with opticians to ensure proper fitting and care of eyewear.
• Educate patients on eye health, vision care, and the proper use of corrective lenses.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation of eye exams and treatments.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as an Optometrist in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in optometry, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, and common eye diseases.
• Proficiency in using optometry software, such as OptiMap, Vision Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
