📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the effluent treatment plant's daily operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular water quality tests and analyze results to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Operate and calibrate treatment equipment, including clarifiers, filters, and chemical dosing systems.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to minimize wastewater discharge and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize environmental management systems and improve sustainability practices.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of treatment plant equipment.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on water quality, treatment plant performance, and environmental compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the effluent treatment plant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in effluent treatment plant operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards, particularly those related to wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and clarification.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for water quality analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on environmental sustainability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Valid certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
