📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• Analyze and report on receivables performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.
• Monitor and enforce credit policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to improve their knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing receivables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
