As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our golf course and club facilities. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of our assets, including golf carts, equipment, and facilities, to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

With a strong background in asset management, you will leverage your expertise in SAP or similar asset management software to streamline our asset management processes. You will work closely with the operations team to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the use of golf course and club facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of golf carts, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Utilize SAP or similar asset management software to track, monitor, and manage our assets effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitor asset performance and usage to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management reports and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on asset management best practices and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on golf course or facility management.
• Proven experience in using SAP or similar asset management software.
• Strong knowledge of asset management processes, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
