📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and promote Chemarome Indonesia's fragrance products in retail outlets, supermarkets, and department stores across Bali.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Manage inventory by restocking products and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Record and report daily sales performance using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent product availability and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions and product launches to stay updated on the latest offerings and sales strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with sales targets and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a related field, preferably in the fragrance or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and retail partners.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily visits.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with basic knowledge of Balinese culture and local market trends.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused with a passion for the fragrance industry.
